A.L. DeLeon is the author of the fantasy novel Song of Life, which earned 2nd place in epic fantasy at the Spring 2023 Bookfest Awards. A.L. is currently working to finish the entire Song of Life Series set, release date TBD. A.L. was a panelist and moderator at Chicago Worldcon 2022. She was also a TEDxFortWayne 2018 speaker, her talk titled "The View From Poverty." In addition to authorship, A.L. is also a mental health professional as a licensed addictions counselor. In her free time, A.L. also enjoys the outdoors and traveling when the opportunity arises.
